Congrats on your Graduate Award in Brain Science Tariq!

Congratulations to Neuroscience Graduate Student Tariq Brown for being selected to receive a Carney Institute Graduate Award in Brain Science for 2021-22! Tariq's award will be supported by the Dr. Daniel C. Cooper Graduate Award and the Mahoney Fund. This award will fund Tariq's innovative work on understanding how alcohol-induced alternative splicing of the Drosophila Dopamine-2-Receptor (Dop2R) influences neural dynamics in memory circuits and reward behavior.
