Lab Retreat 2022

Our lab retreat was held in beautiful Colt State Park in Bristol RI on September 14, 2022. Everyone gave fantastic chalk talks about their research, we talked about what we'd like to add to our lab meetings and journal clubs in the next year, planned fun lab activities and had a thought provoking discussion of 'The Urge: Our history of addiction' by Carl Erik Fisher. Jellybean fly made special guest appearances in multiple chalk talks, and we all decided outdoor lab meetings should happen more often.
