Megan at the summer research symposium!

Neuroscience undergraduate student Megan Wang, who received a 2024 Undergraduate Teaching and Research Award to perform full-time research in the lab this summer, presented her research during the 2024 Brown University Summer Research Symposium. Megan was working with Investigator Dr. John Hernandez to understand whether ethanol vapor self-administration was correlated with changes in morphology of a neuron in the fly mushroom body circuitry which was implicated in learned alcohol preference. Great job Megan! We look forward to seeing how the project continues in the fall.
